Cancellation Policy

RIMAIR Cancellation Policy At RIMAIR, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the highest level of service and respect for both our clients and our time, we have implemented the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Show, same-day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure all new appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Card on File Requirement All clients are required to keep a valid card on file to secure appointments and enforce this policy. By booking an appointment with RIMAIR, you agree to these terms.
